I am Elaine Arruda, known as 'Nany.' I was born in São Paulo, Brazil, in 1988, and now I call Lisbon, Portugal, home. My artistic journey began at the age of 10 when I picked up brushes for the first time. At 21, I became a professional artist, solidifying my training at the BSSM School of Arts in California between 2015 and 2017.

My portfolio is marked by notable participations in exhibitions, such as the emotional opening of the LevêPocket Restaurant in 2018 at Globo Studios, where I was invited by the talented actress Isabelle Drummond. I had the opportunity to collaborate on murals with the renowned illustrator Gary Thomas, known for his contributions to Disney characters.

My artistic talent has also gained international recognition, highlighted in the American book 'Sandcastles and Skyscrapers,' written by Jake Hamilton. I was moved to achieve 7th place in a prestigious international competition, the 'Prism Effect,' and participated in the 2021 circuit exhibition.

Today, my art transcends borders, reaching over 32 countries and embracing nearly every continent, from Africa to Oceania. Each brushstroke represents not only my artistic expression but also the connection I establish with people around the world.
